1. The main quality problems of thick film blister production products mostly occur in this process:
1). Plastic blister is not in place. It refers to shape deformation.
2). Over plasticization means that the product is too thin;
3). Pull wire refers to the unnecessary line marks on the molding products;
4). Uneven thickness and thickness, these problems need to be adjusted in place after the good moulds are made, including the advancing time of the sheet materials, the temperature and time of heating, the strength and time of vacuumizing, the position of the upper mould falling, time and depth, the placement of the moulds in the imposition, and whether the accessories are added to the blister packaging, etc.
2. Fine carving processing: the product after the thick film blister production and molding is installed on the quantity jig of the engraving machine for accurate positioning. The drawing is made first, and then the appropriate cutting tool is selected for product processing. After the product processing is completed; According to the drawing data and physical comparison; Is it accurate? After checking with the drawing, mass production can be conducted.
3. Trimming processing: after finishing the carving, the product will be trimmed and processed, and the surface dust of the product will be treated.
4. The adhesive of the foot pad is equipped with a packer for pasting, and the IQC will inspect the quality of the moulded and cut products visually. The content of quality inspection mainly includes :1. Whether the product is shaped according to the requirements; 2. Have a burr. In addition to IQC, it is also equipped with QC and QE. Quality inspection shall be conducted every 2 hours for the entire production process to fully guarantee the product qualification rate.
