2. Business unit quotation: the unit price of blister products is related to the following factors: the length, width and height of the blister products and the complexity of blister molding; Type, thickness and color of materials used; Processing technology (folding, punching, sealing, etc.), order quantity and order cycle of blister products. 3. Computer design: after the customer basically approves the quotation, the customer will submit the requirements, physical objects or blister samples to the business department. The production scheduling will require the computer design department to scan the physical objects of customers and combine the design of printed materials to make the plane design drawing of the blister products

Blister proofing: after the customer approves the computer design draft, the production dispatch will decide which way to develop the mold (gypsum mold, copper mold, aluminum mold) according to the complexity of the blister product, and the development period will be 3-5 days. If there is a need, the printing and proofing department will also produce the paper card, adhesive or color box for the blister sample, and they will reflect the actual printing results with the help of the full-open printing and digital proofing function.
